Membership Ownership Eligibility

Regenta Grand Vacation Pvt Ltd reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any purchaser for vacation ownership. This decision is at the absolute discretion of the company and cannot be contested.

Enquiry

Any queries submitted through the website form will be addressed by our Customer Care Team either via phone or email.

Membership Exclusions

Unless specifically mentioned, the following expenses are not included in the membership:

• SPA / Beauty Salon services
• Food and beverages (discounted basis)
• Sightseeing (discounted basis)
• Medical services
• GST
• Travel insurance
• Transportation of any kind
• Visa processing
• Any other personal expenses not explicitly stated.

Booking

• Accommodation will be provided based on the number of individuals requested at the time of booking in the chosen membership category.
• An electronic confirmation (e-CV) will be sent to the registered email address. Please carry the confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• We do not guarantee booking availability between December 20th to January 5th each year.
• In case we are unable to provide the requested accommodation, we will arrange alternate lodging in another resort/hotel.
• The list of resorts shown on the website is subject to change, and Regenta Grand Vacation Pvt Ltd reserves the right to add or remove resorts without prior notice.

Exchange Program

Members can exchange their entitled week at Regenta Grand Vacation Pvt Ltd’s associated resorts for the same year without any exchange fees. For other domestic resorts, the exchange fee ranges from $199 to $249, and for international resorts, the fee ranges from $299 to $349.

Vacations Ownership Payment & EMI Options

• Payment for vacations ownership can be made via cheque, DD, PO, credit card, or debit card favoring Regenta Grand Vacation Pvt Ltd. Any cash payment should be made only to the office, with an official receipt provided.
• EMI options are available at applicable rates for select banks. EMI charges depend on the respective bank’s policy.
• Booking and resort availability are subject to real-time availability and changes.

Liability & Refund Policy

• Refund requests made within 7 days of signing the agreement will be honored with a deduction as follows:
  • 1-7 days: 40% deduction
  • 8-16 days: 60% deduction
  • 16-21 days: 75% deduction
  • After 21 days: 100% deduction
• Refunds will be processed 30 days after receipt of the cancellation request.

Personal Injury & Liability

Regenta Grand Vacation Pvt Ltd is not liable for injury, illness, or death directly resulting from services provided during your vacation. The company also bears no responsibility for unforeseeable events outside its control, and any claims should be made under your insurance policy.

Conduct During Stay

We reserve the right to refuse service if a guest’s behavior is deemed disruptive, abusive, or threatening to other guests or staff. In such cases, the booking will be canceled without a refund, and the guest will be responsible for their return arrangements.

General Terms

• Guests must adhere to local travel advisories before making bookings.
• Any changes or inaccuracies in bookings must be reported within 1 day of receiving the booking confirmation.
• Images used on the website are for representational purposes only.
• Regenta Grand Vacation Pvt Ltd is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by service providers.

Copyright

By confirming a booking, guests accept the terms outlined in this agreement. The contract is governed by Indian law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
