Return & Refund Policy

At Regenta Grand Vacation Pvt Ltd, we strive to offer the best vacation ownership experience. However, if for any reason, you wish to cancel your membership, the following refund terms apply:

• Cancellation within 7 days: You may cancel your membership within 7 days of signing the agreement. A written notice must be sent via registered post to our corporate office. A refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
• Refund Deductions:
  • Day 1 to 7: 40% deduction
  • Day 8 to 16: 60% deduction
  • Day 16 to 21: 75% deduction
  • After 21 days: No refund, 100% of the amount is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Please note, cancellations made after the 7-day cooling-off period will not be eligible for a refund.
